I just tried using it and nothing happens.I have $50 plus including one prime product that I know is not eligible for the discount.however there is still excess of $45 in my cart.
if I hear back soon enough I will purchase the products, but if not I did not need them anyway I suppose

I deleted the one prime product and added some other products and it only gave me -4.78 discount. the last time I did any math that does not relate to 40% off
