Hello -

I recently completed a successful payment for order 112564344, but do not have access to the download. I do not recall ever having had to wait for a D/L here before. Please provide me with access to my purchase.

Thank you.

Tom

I came in here with the exact same issue,

Paypal shows that I paid for my order but here at Rendersoty, it shows payment pending. As long as i have been shopping here in the marketplace, i got the access immediately until now.

Thanks for your help.

Paula.

I am having the same issue with the order I just placed. Paypal says the Transaction is completed. I have gotten a 'Order not Paid" notice from Rendo and on my order an Icon to go to Paypal

I received a successful payment/receipt from the bank's end, and from PayPal, but my order still shows "unpaid" here. Some indication of customer support in a dedicated customer support forum would be helpful. This will be the last time I use PayPal here, as this disconnect does not inspire confidence. I have spent more money here than I care to think about, and customer service should be a vendor obligation, not an option.

Now, I have also received an "unpaid" notice from Renderosity, accompanied by a lovely threat to cancel the order if it is not paid in full, IN SPITE OF HAVING RECEIVED A RECEIPT OF PAYMENT COMPLETION FROM BOTH PAYPAL AND THE BANK.

This issue needs to be resolved in short order, as it's apparently not localized to my account and others are similarly affected.
