I am trying to make a ghost version of another figure to show his spirit leaving his body.  I've tried transparency, but it doesn't look good - the tongue and teeth are too visible inside the head.

 

I've seen nice ghost images, but don't know how to make them.

 

Anyone have a suggestion?
