This has happened to me twice now.
After running a conversion in WW for Poser Pro 2012, the conversion finishes but the Poser screen will not restore/maximize. The program is active but you can't get back into the screen.
So, when you reboot you get the splash screen with the serial number and as soon as that goes away - I hear a click and then nothing. Program active but I can't restore or show the screen.
The only way I fixed this last time was to reinstall. Anyone see this before or have a suggestion? I did remove the pref files already and tried that but it didn't work.

I think that there is something more going on than just running Wardrobe Wizard. Wardrobe Wizard invokes the Poser Python installation then basically just number crunches to get a solution. It does not make any changes to Poser's preferences or any installation values.
I have had instances where an application has started but its window is being displayed off screen. I found that the solution was to follow the steps outlined on this page:-
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/181691
NOTE: The following method does not apply if you have removed the secondary display adapter from the computer.

umm hold that thought.
Now running a Wadrobe Wizard conversion and am running into what may be similar issues. Let me check it through before you do anything.
Windows update?
Poser SR update?
I'll post back but it will be a couple of hours.

I don't have a second display and none of these suggestions is workinng for me. I appreciate the quick response.
So I went back to the folder that contains the poser.ini file. And I deleted all cache AND all files and that fixed it!!
thanks for you help. Now back to the flightsuit issue.
