So some times with a shader in DS it comes with a "Tiling Utility" that allows the user to click change the tile #x# I was curious how does one create these, yes I know it can be changed manually with the sliders, but I want to know how to make the script for a product I am working on. Yes, I have searched for the answer... probably in the wrong place.

You make them the same way as shaders.
Set the tile dails then save as shader when the box comes up to select which parts of the surface settings you want to save, only select the tile dails.
Then youll need to create a png image to replace the image that is auto created.
Unless you want that one.
Example
Load the cube primitive add your texture and do the tile dials
Then save as per above.
The png image will be the cube.
