Hello. I have sent two emails about having a problem with a store purchase involving the link on a sales item in my purchase order list (for downloading) not linking correctly. It's been more than 24 hours with no response. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

The dust settled, thinking "what a fine home, at least for now" not realizing that doom would soon be coming in the form of a vacuum cleaner.
