I sit on my arse all day pushing pixels then come home and do the same thing. Guess I'd better get moving.

Thanks for calling attention to this - and the solution is really not that arduous, is it?

I brought it up because I get the impression that most folks here are fairly mature or experienced (as I like to call it). I abhor exercise but am very much aware of the fact that I've already outlived my father by 25 years (and I'm not even 60 yet) and have been a health nut and exercise freak for years. I include exercise into my day so that it doesn't feel like I'm "exercising" by doing the following,
-Bike to work year round (love them studded tires)
-Work office is on fourth floor and we have no elevator. I go downstairs every hour or so to pee or get a drink or have a quick peek at the achingly beautiful (and single!) project engineer as I pass her office.
-At home I take five minutes each hour to do a few push-ups or play with some 10 kilo dumbells. I also do a quick power walk down to the corner and tease the doberman that's tied up at the house there. (Effing thing got loose last year, bit my thigh and I got to sue the irresponsible owner for twelve grand.)
-In the winter I shovel the damn snow for five minutes every hour.
-have a lot of sex...oops, sorry, that was my inside wishful thinking voice talking.

im not much of the sedintary type
at 0630 i am feeding the animals and then cook breakfast
then its time to clean stalls and lay down new bedding
after that its time to get the horses walked and brushed
then resoap saddles and prep the atvs to run the fences
then comes lunch and more work
its odd to detail it into a basic timeline because now i wonder how i have time for my twice daily 2 mile walks
