I have Vue 2014 studio and I am trying to extract the files from the 2014 extras file ( a digital down load) I keep getting a message sayiong the file is not a valid archive file I used both winzip and stuffit and get similar messages. I contacted eon, and their advive is to right click and select extract all, unfortunately I dont get that option when I right click. I downloaded the file three times and still get the problem.

Has anyone else encountered a similar problem?
