About a half hour or so ago I decided to purchase MRL Elena from the marketplace.  I entered my card info and received an error message saying something about there being a problem with the transaction.  The word "fraud" was used in there some where.  Wish I'd saved the page or taken a screenshot.  Regardless, knowing that I am the owner of this card and that no fraud was involved, I attempted the transaction again.  This time I received a message telling me the transaction was declined.  I'm using an Emerald Card from H&R Block (pre-paid Mastercard), and I only had about $10 left on there, so I checked my balance at the H&R Block website and it's telling me I have been charged for the product.  I have no order number to give you, because according to my account and my cart, no purchase actually took place on your website.  Yet still my card has been charged.  I'm not asking for a refund.  I'm just wanting the product that I paid for.

Actually, I think I've figured out why.  I neglected to update my current address when running the card.  Which brings up a new problem.  I've still been charged and haven't enough funds on the card to try it again using my current address.  Is there a way I can provide the information without having to run the card again?

Credit Cards have a two step process.

An authorization puts a "hold" on the funds and a settlement actually places the charge on your card. Your credit card was authorized, but not settled because the address and zip were not verified.

This means your card company shows an authorization from Bondware, Inc. as a "pending" charge; however, you will not actually be charged.

It can take from 2 to 7 days for this "pending" authorization to be released from your credit card. You can contact your card company to find out how long the charges will be in "pending" since they will not be settled.

If you get the AVS failure, please do not keep clicking the Make secure Purchase button. Each time you do it puts another pending charge on your account.

Warmest Regards,

...exactly the same here. I've bought Carlotta (Rhiannon) just an hour ago using PayPal. The PP-site directed me to Renderosity again after it said the payment was successful but the item was still in a state of "unpaid/download pending"

After a while (I didn't get a mail from PayPal which is normally in my mailbox immediately after buying stuff using PP) I thought that there was a problem with the payment so I started the paying once again. And again the item seemed to be "unpaid"

Now some minuted before PayPal sent me TWO mails and so I paid twice for Carlotta... But here on Renderosity it still says "unpaid/download pending".

So what? I don't want to pay for it twice. But after all I would be happy if I could download the things I paid for.

Hello,

Your product is available and ready to be downloaded. I have issued a credit for the duplicate payment back to paypal and you should see it on there within the next few days.

We are sorry for any inconvenience and hope you have a nice day :)
