Smith Micro has opened the download for the PP2014 SR5:
Poser Pro 2014 and Game Dev Service Release 5 - REQUIRED
Version: 10.0.5.28164, Released 10/16/2014
For those who may have missed it, there was also an update made available for the PP2014 and GameDev Content, mid Oct. 2014:

I hope this one works because SR4 was a disaster. I had to roll back to SR3 to use Poser Pro 2014. I'm hesitant to install SR5 until I hear it works or have a new backup before installing it.
