You did an amazing job. I have tried making a model look like someone and it is NOT easy.
How did you do it?

Not real crazy about the low Rex bridge saw the one from vanishing point which is better but not exact I wonder if anyone has actually made a released one with really good realism?
Tucan-Tiki posted Fri, 28 November 2014 at 6:40 PM
Think he made that in true space I'm seeing sharp edges and spline edges like to see someone make one with nurrbs the bridge it self including the chairs are awesome on the vanishing point model but really disappointed with the hard edged consoles navigation helm and the two corner console i still plan to get this model just won't be using those parts the man probably is not the dash on the console it's the consol stands and the bridge pullers look a little low Rez too wish he had used nurrbs on those parts rest of model looks awesome buts it's a lot better then one i did which I don't even hint is around anymore

I can see myself ripping this model apart i will use the pillars from this model the chairs probably from vanishing point and the bridge itself as for the consol stands i may need to either recreate them in zbrush or smooth those down in z brush and correct the spline angles which should be pretty easy in z brush i can blow the model apart in true space and fix the problems with it then send him the smoothed versions so he can update it probably my best option

Might even just change out the the helm and navigation ones for t n g split consoles yeah i know it's not exact to the films but no one liked the way they changed it anyway most trek fans complain about that because having them split allowed the captain to address the screen by standing between them and it gave the bridge a much more open feel

Klingon skull morph was done in z brush then exported into true space where i cut the head away from the morph to create skull cap prop forany klingo n this is much more easy to do then you might think
Tucan-Tiki posted Fri, 28 November 2014 at 7:05 PM
Klingon head morphs in z brush i had to raise the the resolution of the exported head there did the morph there then cut it up into a klingon skull cap in true space by removing all polygons not part of the morph so pretty much the cranium was left which became a parent ed prop to the figure after it was u mapped and given a texture to match the skin tone of the head textures

Worf. Head morph in z brush was very easy to do it almost created itself it was that easy took hardly any effort if i made a mistake i simply hit undo and used semitry. To work both sides at the same time basically all i did was raise the center of the skull and draw in the klingon ridges was really suprise how easy was tried to do it in true space with metaballs.but it kept turning out lousey

I think the next poser should have mud box ability like z brush it really is a great companion to poser
Tucan-Tiki posted Fri, 28 November 2014 at 7:14 PM
Worf is wearing the beauty and the beast hair free over at share cg i may release a klingon head pack later on I'm still thinking about it work a lot so don't have a lot of time for poser now
Tucan-Tiki posted Fri, 28 November 2014 at 7:21 PM
The uniforms are poser world but i uv mapped these and added morphs to the shirts to fix the Grey area which wwas not fitting the figures without sloping too far down and looking badly tailored so i fixed that best I could then added a real looking texture to the uniforms to match the realism of the figures
Tucan-Tiki posted Fri, 28 November 2014 at 7:29 PM
Poser to zbrush pretty much to get what i needed
Tucan-Tiki posted Fri, 28 November 2014 at 7:37 PM
Really not happy with the bridge during export it lost all smoothing and that is very irritating so probably have to export some stuff into z brush smooth it out there export it back and use the vanishing point bridge which looks to be the best one available at this time I think if i uv map it i can create shadows and lighting effects in the textures to bring it up to another level along with some really good texturing the console stands are just going to have to be exported into zip brush for smoothing and corrections i think i can really fix that that there

Oh that is not counselor Troy standing there with Picard, I made a Sandra Bollock like character to replace Troy, Work pretty much becomes the first officer in their absence since Riker got his own ship.
Since Worf is now first officer going to have to cast a new security chief, someone interesting but not to far fetched.

Truly amazing. Can I ask why you made them? Planning a comic? animation? Movie?
Seems like you put a ton of work into this.
