Subject: Request to refund accidental duplicate purchase...

I purchased "Poser Power Tools" along with "Tool Collection for Poser" only to later realize that the latter is already included in the former. Request you to cancel the "Tool Collection for Poser" item in the above purchase.

If cash refund of part order is not possible, then I'm fine with refund in the form of Store credits.

Hello,

 

You will need to contact the vendor directly for a refund request.

 To contact the vendor please click the "contact" link next to the vendor's 

name on the product page, or use the site mail system.

Site mail requires only the vendor's username.

Please allow 72 hours for a response from the vendor.

If you have not heard from the vendor in that time frame, please let us know 

so we can contact them on your behalf.
