Hi Poser-folk,

I have Poser 9. I had a hard drive blast, and have to reinstall. I got the Poser part installed, but the library isn't showing up.

I recall something about needing Flashplayer, and have the latest Flashplayer installed but no go so far.

Very frustrating. Can anyone outline the steps involved in installing or re-installing Poser 9 so it's a usable software application? 

Also, how to get the CP cart to send the latest service release? It's in the cart, zero-dollar transaction, I'm signed in and my account is active. Cart keeps saying I have to sign in...
