DAMN!! According to this page, it's a WIP Suit by Blackhearted. Which means it likely will never see the light of day. Unless anyone knows of another site he releases stuff on?
And yes, the white suit in the last promo is the same one I'm looking for.

It is indeed an unfinished Blackhearted set. I have no idea when or if it will be finished.
