I use PSE, and I am finding that there are tutorials for creating such things as water-droplets brushes for PS but they have bits that do not seem to be present in PSE. Does anyone know how to create a realistic[looking brush in PSE (10 or 11) so that when my characters are in the shower or the pool they actually look as if they are wet?
