I'm learning to control the Dolly camera using the ctrl/shift/N menu.  I pulled to stretch it taller so I could see all the parameters and I did something wrong. Now this menu is almost entirely covering the screen where I should see the background and figure. Here's a screen shot.  I hit ctrl/shift/N again and it goes away but when I bring it back up it covers too much of the screen again.  How do I get it back to a small menu again?

Or else, go back into General Preferences an set Poser to relaunch with factory defaults.

Yes, looks like you basically left the interface at factory settings, so I'd do what hborre says in this instance ;).

And after you get it the way you want, set a UI render dot so you can reset it without going through a lot of problems :D
