A friend of mine has asked me to render an AMC Gremlin or Pacer for him and i'm pretty sure there was a Gremlin for sale in the market place here but I can't find it.
Anyone know how made it or if it's for sale anywhere.
Cheers,
Mike.

Gremlin X. One of the fastest little cars I ever owned. The fishbowl (Pacer) I would just as soon forget.

Yes and I'm sure, that one isn't a car.

There was an .obj version on clearance here last year. However, I don't remember seeing it in the latest $3.50 clearance sale.
There is a lo-poly free one here:

There is also a Gremlin and a Pacer model at formfonts.com, but I'm not at all familiar with that site. EDIT; apparently a paid subscription is required.

Thanks Mousso and Thunderstone but it is the AMC Gremlin car I'm looking for.
Parkdalegardener like a lot of cars of this type the pacer that was once disliked is not considered collectable :-)
Thanks WandW, the subscription is a little high. I did find both these cars on Turbosquid but they are a bit too costly for me.
The .obj version was probably the one I'm thinking of.

Here is a pretty good one in Sketchup; it should be able to be exported from Sketchup as a Collada file and brought into Poser....

I am so not a vehicle person. When I read the title I literally thought it was some sort of gremlin creature AMC theaters were using in advertisements or something. lol

I found the product page, although it is no longer available. Perhaps if you contact the artist, FiniteState, they might sell you a copy if the free ones don't meet your needs....

Thanks WandW, the Finitestate was the one I was looking for.
I'll try the Sketckup one first and if it's not suitable i'll try contacting the artist.
Thanks everyone for your help :-)

Hmmm... If I had the free time I'd try to snag that mesh and do a little kit-bashing...

Don't know what your financial limit is though if everything else fails there is always this one too :

I've bought a (very) few models there and they import into Poser without any problems.
