Ive been shopping here for years, but the paypal button has stopped working for me, I go to check out, click the button, and it just does
nt work. I really don`t want to use my credit card, for obvious reasons, so I was wondering if this could be looked into, its only been doing it for a couple of weeks.
I cleared my cookies, emptied the cache, rebooted the pc, still no luck.

Hello,
This is something we have addressed with Paypal and before and for some reason the two have a hard time communicating with each other at times.
Whenever this happens, you can follow the steps below so you will not have to have to reorder and use a different method of payment:
Please log into your paypal account and choose the SEND MONEY option.
Send the amount due to payments@renderosity.com .
Be sure to include your Renderosity order ID number and/or your Renderosity username so we are sure to apply payment to the correct order/customer.
Once you have completed the payment through paypal, send an email to store@renderosity.com letting us know your payment has been sent and we will go verify receipt of payment and manually mark your order as paid so that you can download your items.
Thank you and have a wonderful day,
Kristi

Oh no Kristi, I havent tried to order something and had problems paying for it, but I prefer to shop with paypal as it is quick and easy, so I
d be happier if I could do that again, is there any chance it will get fixed? My wishlist is getting a bit big.

I hope so Paula:)
I understand wanting to pay through Paypal as this is how a lot of people prefer to pay.
Please note that you are still paying through Paypal with the directions I gave you above, you are just going into your account through Paypal itself rather than getting there byu clicking on the Paypal button on our site.
Warmest Regards,
Kristi

I can understand sending money through paypal if I had already tried to purchase something, but what about if I want to purchase something tomorrow? It wouldnt work the same way, would it? I
m a bit dense today, so forgive me if I sound clueless.

Yes it would, you would just place the order and click on Paypal as your method of payment and then close out of the window and follow the same steps.
Hope this helps:)

I am using Firefox, I`ve been using it for a few years now.
As for clicking `place order, that will be difficult, when I go to check out, it asks for a payment, as soon as I click on paypal, it asks for credit card details.

There was an update done by Firefox and it has been causing problems for some people.

Well, I disabled all the extensions and managed to get through the payment process, can`t imagine why that would be the issue, but if it means I just switch the extensions off, shop here, then switch them back on again, I can live with it.
Thank you very much for your patience and guiding me through this Kristi, you`re a star.
