Hi guys! I also had a new card that went also went south on the Internet somewhere, but I suspect a keylogger or malware rather than your site-- I have that one at Amazon as well. Unfortunately it was the card that I use to keep the File Locker open with, so I need to cancel it until I get my stuff sorted out. Is there a way I can just use PayPal to purchase a year's subscription to my File Locker? It looks like we can't really keep our card info laying around on servers any more unless it's some fortress like PP.

I can also write you a check if that would be your preference...

Hello,

You can really do it either way. You can log into your paypal account and enter your username in the "invoice" field and then in the message let us know it is for the amount you wish to pay for your file locker and we will post it to your account or send a check or money order with your username on it and we will apply that.

Just let me know how you would like to proceed.

Thank you and have a nice day!

Two credit cards hacked. Old one hacked within days of first time purchase at Renderosity. New one hacked within two days after only using at one site for one purchase: Renderosity. All other credit cards and transactions at all other merchants have had zero problems.

You have a security breach.

Yep we got notified today as well, the only place we have used this card is here to purchase my GC for my birthday.  Something is terribly wrong.

You can use Paypal or choose the check/money order option and mail the payment to our physical address located on the About Us page and once we receive it we will mark your order paid so you can then download (be sure to write your username and order id on check or money order)

Thank you

Thanks. I canceled my Pay Pal account also... I don't know by who or how I was hacked.

Psi-Op posted Sat, 21 March 2015 at 1:47 AM

I just got home and found a letter from the Fraud Squad at my bank. They have traced part of the theft to 'Madstar Mobile' from Connecticut. The investigation is ongoing... I am relieved that your company was not implicated. We will find out who the hacker is.

Psi-Op posted Sat, 21 March 2015 at 1:54 AM

This is the company where the spent part of the money: http://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/a-new-national-wireless-carrier-has-emerged-281045142.html    The hackers could be from anywhere... I do not use the card on line at very many places.

Twice hacked at Rederosity. First time on Feb 28, 2015; second time March 21, 2015. Second card only used at Rederosity. Both within hours of purchase at Rederosity. You do have a security breach.

Hello,

I am continuing to pass all information on to our people that handle the security and they are continuing to investigate.

Thank you

Hi! I just want to let you know that my card was hacked not long after I made a purchase here. I never used  my card  for any other store save Amazon. I never had any problem with Amazon so far. Something I noticed when giving my card info here at Renderosity,  the site was very slow,  much slower than usual... It is something I did not notice when I bought products a few months before here at Renderosity.  About a week after my purchase, someone tried to make many unauthorized transactions with my card but was stopped by my bank and my card deactivated. I scanned my computer with Kaspersky antivirus with the latest definition and updates and an anti-malware program and nothing was found, also,  I am always careful when opening my emails. I'd like to know if anything was done to address this issue in case it is on your end? After reading similar posts on another forum, I am not the only one who had this unpleasant experience.

Thank you!

As Stacey stated above, we are continuing to pass all information we receive to the people who handle the security of our site so they can continue to investigate.

We are very sorry to hear of anyone going through this and our people are continuing to work very hard to be sure our site is as secure as it can be.
