Hi. I have had Poser 7 for many years and I got a new computer and installed it via disc. Everything works fine except when I go to extract the Runtime folder into the Poser 7 folder of the newer Renderosity products I have purchased. It tells me "Access is denied". Can you tell me why this is happening? I can extract just fine on my old computer but it won't let me on the new one. Can anyone help? Thank you.

Thank you Kristi. The reason that I asked in this forum was because I thought it might have something to do with a separate computer trying to access my purchases or is it possible that the link to the product times out?

If you contact Smith Micro, they should be able to tell you why this is happening and fix the problem if need be.

I asked in the Poser forum and got the fix. Thanks! I can load everything up now.
