In the Late, Great Renderosity Wiki there was an extensive page of links relating to the Material Room compiled by Acadia and Bagginsbill. I've dredged the page up from the Internet Archive, and converted the links as I was able to the live Web, although some point to the Archive.
Some of this information is only of historical value, as the page was last updated nearly four years ago in May, 2011, but there is still a lot of valuable information here.
Notes:
Pages that are gone from the Web or the Archive I've noted as dead.
The Renderosity Forum was updated since this was originally compiled. Direct links to Renderosity forum posts don't translate to the new Forum, so I have designated them with an asterisk *. If anyone is inclined to search the the Forum to locate these thread, please do, and post the links here.
There are some that were posted in the News section at RDNA, and I have no idea how to look them up; these are denoted with a double asterisk **.
Enjoy... :)

And thanks WandW!

Thanks for all the hard work and great information.
I agree the massive space underneath is a shame but I guess that is one of the prices we pay at the moment for using this forum.
I use Poser 13 on Windows 11 - For Scene set up I use a Geekcom A5 - Ryzen 9 5900HX, with 64 gig ram and 3 TB storage, mini PC with final rendering done on normal sized desktop using an AMD Ryzen Threadipper 1950X CPU, Corsair Hydro H100i CPU cooler, 3XS EVGA GTX 1080i SC with 11g Ram, 4 X 16gig Corsair DDR4 Ram and a Corsair RM 100 PSU . The desktop is in a remote location with rendering done via Queue Manager which gives me a clearer desktop and quieter computer room.

Responding for bot.
Renderosity forum reply notifications are wonky. If I read a follow-up in a thread, but I don't myself reply, then notifications no longer happen AT ALL on that thread. So if I seem to be ignoring a question, that's why. (Updated September 23, 2019)

Years ago we had a sweet girl here on the forum (I can't remember here name, Ariane or similar). She made a list like this, and kept that running for years. One day she suddenly left and the list was erased with a forum overhaul. We really missed something like this.
Very well done, Wandw and thank you for you efforts.
