The "S4" refers to Stephanie 4?
The "Elite" refers to V4 Elite Body Shapes?

Correct. Stephanie 4 is a actually morph of V4.

I find if you want a younger character it's good to use the morphing brush and move a breast upwards a fraction and then mirror that to the other side.
