I am really concerned. I place an order on Friday to take advantage of some of the specials and when I selected the pay by PayPal option it created an error message which will not resolve and allow me to pay via PayPal which I have used on a monthly basis to purchase items here for years.
I've received two warning messages that I haven't paid and yet the email I sent to explain has not be answered. I have the money in my PayPal account to pay for the order however your links do not work. I've tried several times and I can use my PayPal account to purchase and pay for other things which I have done this weekend. The problem seems to be with the generated links created by the store when I finished my order.
I'm worried that so many things are automated that I this is not going to be resolved before the order is deleted :(

Hi.
I have not seen an email come in from you to store@renderosity.com I am sorry if we missed that for some reason. Here is what you need to do.
Please log into your paypal account and choose the SEND MONEY option.
Send the amount due to payments@renderosity.com .
Be sure to include your Renderosity order ID number and/or your Renderosity username so we are sure to apply payment to the correct order/customer.
Once you have completed the payment through paypal, send an email to store@renderosity.com letting us know your payment has been sent and we will go verify receipt of payment and manually mark your order as paid so that you can download your items.

Hi Jenn,
I was able to get the payment to go through using another computer after call PayPal. You should have received the amount and I am hoping the downloads will soon be made available to me.
