i purchased Natural high and low for G2F

I followed the instructions (pretty sure I did it right) but after loading a Genesis 2 character through DSON in PoserPro 2104. The presets show in library but nothing happens to character. Anyone experiencing the same thing? I have lots of Genesis products and load all into Poser with no issue.
