Purchased the PP Game Dev on sale have problem need help there's no way for me to get help my contact efforts lead to empty pages

Yes I get to support.smithmicro.com page ,when I try to create an account it sends me to a empty page . So don't know what to do.

I just tried this and created an account. After creation, it send me an email with a link. When I used that link I was able to enter my name and a password and got to an email form to send the the support staff.
So it is working for me - I use Chrome. Maybe the problem is browser related

I just made a new account 12 hours ago. Worked for me using Chrome latest version. Need to get an email with activation link, then you're through.

Yes I was using chrome and had just updated but it was on my phone . so I whent to the library and used there computer and it work fine so maybe the mobile or just my phone was causing the issue.
