I have a startup script set on a figure that I have created.  This startup script runs with no problem if I add my figure to an empty scene, but if I add it to a scene that already has a rigged figure in it, the startup script will not run.  That is, unless I add a second instance of my figure to the scene, then it runs like normal.

I know its a long shot, but does anyone have any idea what might be going on?  This is in Poser 10.
