I have a cabinet under construction. I want working doors. How do I move the origin of the door from it's middle to the side so it will swing correctly when it's parented to the cabinet? I use Poser 9.

Open the Joint editor.
Window > Joint editor or Control Shift J
Using the Defalut screen,
Move the Green side of the plus to side of the door you want the hing on. Drag the Red Plus to the other edge. I.e. if the hing is on the left, the green plus would be on the Vertical Center of the left edge of the door and the Red Plus would be on the Vertical center of the Right edge. Use your Right/left/top/bottom/front back Cameras to properly position the Pluses. you may need to move the pluses back into the door so the door doesn't collide with the door frame.
You may hit the align button at any time. it the pluses become NON upright.. if they tip or turn, you won't be happy with the movement. You can move the Dial that you want to control the opening at any time, but Please remember to zero it before you tweak the pluses again, or you won't like the movement.
Keep after it. it's tedious, not hard!
Good luck!

Out of curiosity why do you move the Red Cross to the RIght? I think I move either the green cross to my hinge center (say on the left in your example) and leave the red alone or sometimes I move both together to the hinge, but I don't move the red opposite, if that is what you are doing.

I moved the red one to the opposite edge because that's where the movement stops. I didn't tell him to turn Bend off, which I maybe should have.
