I've tried purchascing two items since the new web site went live and it keeps telling me "Oops something went wrong". It's tedious and annoying beyond words

The same thing is happening to me, and the sale price only lasts two more days.

Are you still experiencing this issue? Does this happen when you click the add to cart? When trying to checkout? Please tell me exactly where you are and what you are doing when you get the error please. Also, if you could tell us what browser you are using and the version of that browser it will help us to look into the issue for you. I would love to help...just give me a few specifics and we will get this checked out. Also, please be sure to try this again today as we have been doing updates and fixes daily.

I'm still unable to make a purchase. When I click to add an item to the cart, a message pops up that says something went wrong. I tried this at 1:51 p.m. Central Standard Time in the United States with the Firefox web browser. After I dismiss the message, the button says "Adding to cart" forever, but is still clickable and still fails. The cart remains empty.

Will you please tell us exactly which version of Firefox you're using and whether or not you have any extensions, ad blockers, etc running?

hummm 💭

I'm going to print out the exact error you are receiving. It seems like the actual post request is failing, which might be something to do with your specific browser. It is possible that this was broke a few days ago and you are still caching something bad. Try doing a hard refresh and trying again. If you get a different alert message, which you should, please take a screenshot and post.

How to perform a hard refresh

Well it seems possible to add items to the cart now, at least from here. Nothing changed about the browser. It's still Firefox 40.0.2 with AdBlock Plus. Of course that does me no good personally because the price of the item has gone from $4.97 to $6.96 and I'd feel cheated if I purchased it now. But maybe this is good for others.
