Hello All -

If you have an issue while trying to place an order, browsing the site, your wishlist, cart, etc; please report them here. Also, before posting in this thread, be sure to check to be sure it is still an issue for you as of today. Many issues have been addressed and fixed over the past few days. So if you feel there is something that is not working as intended or you have had an issue with it from today moving forward...please post those here. We want technical issues in this thread. Something that does not work as it should. Ideas for colors, fonts, or page layouts we would like to keep out of this thread so we can focus on getting any bugs fixed that are still out there if any.

Please post 1 issue per thread. Even if that means starting multiple threads. That way we can go in and mark each one as addressed when they have been corrected or put in as an issue to be worked on. Please and thank you😄

Atenais is having a 70% off sale. One of her older products is like $7.50. At 70% off, it's showing a sale price of $3. However, when i put it in the cart, my Prime 55% off clearance is over riding the cheaper sale price and showing the 55% off Prime clearance prices. The $3 price is 70% off the regular catalog price not 70% off the clearance price. Shouldn't we get the sale price if it is cheaper than the Prime clearance price?

Area of Bug: Freestuff

Bug: Search results are incomplete

Issue/Example: if i do a search in Freestuff using the keyword[s] scifi [no hyphen] i get this message -

'Searching: 'scifi'

We've found 146 unique freestuff results.'

however, if i count the number of items showing, i can only see/have access to 49 of the 146. i cannot scroll past a certain point, and there are no page numbers to move forward with. [keep in mind i get the same type of thing when using any keyword, and scifi is only an example]

Please do not count this as a 'site layout' issue as it is actually BOTH functionality, or lack thereof, as well as layout.

Area of Bug: Search functionality

Bug: Intermittent functionality

Issue/Example: the search functionality continues to be, for lack of better terms, unreliable. yesterday i could do endless gallery searches directly from the search box within the galleries, as well as being able to use the Search Site function under the Community tab. today i am getting no return of results and end up with a Renderosity page that populates with nothing [please refer to the following link for visual representation: https://www.renderosity.com/mod/forumpro/?thread_id=2893969]

on the day i posted the image to the above noted thread, gallery searches were obviously not working. again, yesterday, Sept. 15th i had no issues. today, i'm back to the same results i was experiencing on the 12th.

i am using the newest version of Firefox with latest update, plus AdEdge adblocker with only the original 'subscription', and no changes have been made anywhere to either my system [no updates or anything, no new programs, etc.] or my browser during the referenced timeframe.

Area of Bug: Galleries

Bug: Form for crediting merchants & items used in images

Issue/Example: it has been difficult for quite a few people to give multiple merchant credits in the form set-up. to be honest, i do not know if that is why there have been empty boxes in the thumbnail area where some sort of upload failure has occurred because of this, or if it is for some other reason.

the problem of trying to credit merchants has been documented in other threads, and if by chance this has been addressed in the past two days, then simply consider me late to the party as i've no image currently to upload and try things out for myself.

Area of Bug: Forums

Bug: Failure to create thread

Issue/Example: i started a new thread in this very forum, and upon me hitting the 'Add Comment' button, the site got hung up and i was thrust out into the forum with no thread generated. there was a site message at the top of the page that stated an error had occurred and was logged, so perhaps your programmer[s] go back and search the event log to get an idea if it is an actual bug or just an anomaly. it was sometime betwixt 10:30PM & now, EST... i've only ever had this happen once before since the site changes.

the following i suppose is not really a bug issue, but more one of functionality, so you may deem it as entering the 'layout' aspect of the site

Area of concern: Archived pages that deal with 'Featured Galleries'

Issue: Ton of either dead links, or links that do not take you to a specific image as expected, but instead drop you into the specified gallery with the most recent postings

Example: below is a screenshot of the results i got using the Site Search functionality. for this example, i used Markus Vogt for my search since i felt pretty positive that his work would give me lots of links to archived pages. the links with red dots indicate that if you click on any of those links that start off with the phrase 'Renderosity Gallery of the Week', you'll be taken to an archived page that lists the featured artists of that week within the chosen gallery/genre. pick a link, any link, from the Site Search results & go to an archived page and you'll see what i am referring to - broken links, or missing thumbs that are showing as still being linked to maybe the thumbnail's full-sized image? but no, you will get plopped down into the What's New of whatever gallery/genre the archived page is 'parented' to... and the reason i am not taking screenshots of any of the archived pages is because not all archived pages are broken in exactly the same way. i leave it to someone from behind the scenes to have the adventure of exploring that fun maze...

Area of Bug: Galleries

Concern: Nudity/Violence filtering

Issue/Example: it is my understanding that whenst you are logged in, you have the option to set your filtering option through your profile if you do not want to see nudity & violence. it is also my understanding that by default, whenst not logged in, that thumbs that are to images of such a nature are removed from sight. all these things i have tested and everything does what you'd expect it to.

the trouble starts if you are not logged in, or are logged in & are using filtering, and you click an image. it opens up and wow! you want to see more by that artist, so over on the right is a panel that calls out other image titles of that artist. so you go and click on one, and oopsie!! suddenly you got boobies or maybe something else you just weren't quite counting on having pop up on your screen.

-----> shouldn't the filtering be expanded in the galleries to take links like that into consideration as well?

below is a screenshot of what i mean. note that it was done without being logged in. i clicked on one of my non-nudie pics because the nudie thumbs are invisible, then clicked the link on the side bar to an image i knew had boobs showing. the red arrows indicate other boobie images of mine that are filtered at the top level of viewing, but on that sidebar, not so much...

Bug: Subscription works random

Issue/Example: Sometimes I receive an email for a subscribed thread and sometimes not. That's totally annoying.

I'm on my iPhone 6+ and the marketplace doesn't work. When I click on a product image, nothing happens, it doesn't open and even the eye doesn't work. I would rather go back to the web version. Is that possible?

Actually the problem above is not on all products, just some of them, specifically Mytilus Hot Server (I think that is what is was called.)

@Giana, all Freestuff and gallery issues (this includes the Gallery search function you mentioned in the above post) need to be posted to the Site issue thread in the Community Center forum so the Community Manager can address those issues as they are the ones working with the programmers on the issues in their area.

This only leaves one thing to be addressed that is an actual technical issue which is this post: "Area of Bug: Forums

We have not been able to recreate this and we haven't had it happen since then so I am guessing it was just some strange little glitch in the system and hopefully it will not happen again 😉

well, i'm all for helping out and such, but i'll not repost all this info to that thread, or even link to it. the issues exist, and the programmers can either fix them or not fix them. tho in your opening salvo, you do mention things relative to the MP, you titled this thread in a very general way 'Site Technical Issues & Bugs', and i posted things i'd discovered prior to Hope starting her own list in the Community Forum. i can only assume that Hope is equally as capable reading the issues i've posted here as she would be if i really had the time to repost it all again in her thread, which right now, i do not - my apologies. perhaps someone will alert her to it, perhaps not...

@Giana - The Gallery issues have been noted as I cannot address them though at this tome because I am not the one working with the programmer and I do not know where they are on fixing the issues and or which have been corrected as of yet.

We spoke about a couple of the issues before you and others posted them and Hope and I have talked about the ones you posted here 😄

Are product update notifications not being emailed any longer? If not for a vendor doing in store pm I'd not known about the items I got from them, and twenty other items that have been updated.

Hello,

Most of our vendors do send out a notification letting customers know when a product has been updated.

You can also go to "My account", "item list", and then click on "updated" as this will show you all the updated products from most recent to oldest 🙂

Hi KristiS. I got a PM from one vendor but no notifications through the store or by email from others. I did discover several products had been updated by the method you suggested. I'll just have to keep on top of that more often. Thanks again.

I placed an order this afternoon. Received confirmation from Paypal, confirming funds have been transfered. Three hours later, I am still unable to download the products. Unfortunately this is having a severe impact on a commission deadline, as some of the items purchased were needed to complete the work. Whilst I accept you may not prefer people to pay via paypal, it is sometimes a necessity. I have never experienced this kind of delay previously on this or any other 3d Content website and I have always had really good service from RMP in the past.

Update: Apologies for assuming there was a site issue. Paypal have informed me they are having problems with their payment systems and it is taking some transactions 4-5 hours to appear in either parties statement (although it is debiting the money immediately). It seems to be random as other payments I have made went straight through without an issue. I will wait a couple more hours and see what happens...sigh!

Running ad banner along the top of the page in Marketplace, where it slides along with 4 or 5 different vendor items...can you please fix the size of the thumbs so they're all the same size, one set is slightly smaller than the others and it makes the page go up or down each time they rotate and it's a headache maker.

While I'm here can you add the alphabet link in the Vendors section, so if I want to check out a vendors page whose name begins with the letter S and I can't remember the exact spelling of it...that I'm not scrolling down a huge long list of vendors, waiting for the page to load when I reach the end of each page, to find my person, I can go straight to the S's and scroll down...it would be very helpful, thank you :)

The vendor drop down menu was brought back on this page: https://www.renderosity.com/mod/bcs/?vendors&allv. And, we hope to get the top images lining up better soon. Please keep in mind that those images are the thumbnail images provided by the vendors, and the smaller ones are from products that vendors have not updated their thumbnail images yet.

Ah I see the drop down now. Blended in so I didn't see it. I think I was O.O when I saw all those vendor icons show up on my screen.

I wish you'd mandate a template for them then for the size of their image, that way it's always one size regardless if they fill it in or not. Watching a screen that blips up and then down and then up and then down is enough to make you sea sick :) Not to mention you go to click on something and then blip the your cursor doesn't land on the link because the page jumped up enough to take it out of range.

Oh my, I just posted twice in the Customer Support Forum area, because I couldn't see my post after several refreshes of my web browser on the page. I am sorry for the double posting, but this very bad lag in getting new posts shown, makes the user wonder if the original post got lost in cyberspace. Is this a bug ?

BUG TRENDING POSTS TAKES YOU TO INVALID SALE

Trending posts lists a Prime Group Sale. When I clicked on it this morning to check out the sale it says the sale ended on October 9th, Ten days ago. It neither represents an active item nor in my opinion a trending post. That was a waste of my time, more if you count taking the effort to find where to report it then write it here.

"Trending Posts Woefully out of Date" BUG

When I go to the deals Page there is a column to the right that says, "Trending Posts." When I click on the items of interest to me there I get sales from as far back as September, long ago expired. I guess this should be logged as a bug report, as I don't think it's right to have long ago expired deals coming up on the deals page.

On a Desktop everything looks ok.

I can't use paypal to pay for what is in my cart. I can only select a credit card & that is the only option available. when paypal is selected, you get the credit card info fill in form. Same with the invoice.

I tried to use the discount coupon for newslettersubscribers that came with the 12th day newsletter, but I'm told that I'm not allowed to use this coupon. It says that it is valid on saleitems, so that can't be the problem. The item isn't a prime-item either and costs more than 10$, so that fits the specifications. I'm subscribed to the newsletter (or I wouldnt have gotten this newsletter), double checked that in my settings... so... any ideas why it won't work? I was trying to purchase BadKittehCo's Enigma Redux G3F. Thanks for any information!

I haven't noticed this before, but since I haven't really shopped here much lately, it could be that I just haven't paid attention and that it's been going on for weeks. However, right now, chrome does not consider your HTTPS content to be satisfactorily encrypted, which is making me reconsider whether I want to finish my purchase or not.

When I use an encrypted site, my address bar should show a green lock indicating that the site is truly secure (using chrome browser). Yours does not show this, instead, it is plain white. At the very least, you are loading content that isn't encrypted (your renderosity logo on this page, and then some advertisements from filterforge on the checkout page, both of which are loaded with the unencrypted http protocol. )

Most things appear to have been done properly, so I'm guessing it's just some recent changes that broke things, but it's a very serious breach of trust and indicative of either sloppy work or the work of an inexperienced programmer both of which make me nervous to enter credit card stuff.

Encountering significant page loading issues on Jan 10, 2016: 1) The Prime Flash page does not load. At 5 mins, still looking at the rotating circle. 2) The Prime page doesn't load either - rotating circle still going at 5 mins. 3) The What's New page does load after some time, but it keeps jumping up and down (the scrolling banner at the top doesn't seem to be able to load all images, so it closes making the page jump up; then it opens again trying to load the images, making the page jump down, then up, then down etc. Also, clicking on any product opens the product's page, but none of the promo images are able to load. 3) The search function is able to find stuff ("we've found 1 unique product results"), but the product is unable to load (i.e., still looking at rotating circle after 3 mins -- wasn't patient enough to wait 5 mins for this one). My computer is an iMac running OS X El Capitan v10.11.2, and I'm using Safari v9.0.2.

It would be helpful if the "Sort By: low to high" by price worked. Currently it does not. Example screenshot. I wonder if possibly it sorts by what the price would have been had it not been on sale? (Not counting the top row of items that are actually sponsored ads always pinned to the top out of sort order of course). screenshot, not sorted.png

Hello,

I have tested this by placing a few different orders and all processed without any issues.

We did receive a notice from Paypal yesterday letting us know they were having some technical difficulties and find they still are and the problem is intermittent.

Please refresh your screen and go to your order, the paypal button should be there and will take you to paypal.

If it is still not working, please let me know which browser you are using as I am using Chrome.

I'm just guessing this is a bug - Seems like "Download pending" is being overly-persistent. Anything you can do to help discourage the pending and encourage the download is much appreciated.

UPDATE: Downloads are downloading! You rock!!

Hello,

This is not a bug as first time buyers downloads have to be manually verified to help cut down on fraud.

Once this has been done, we send an email to you and then from that point forward, they are available as soon as payment has been processed.

Here's a website bug at the Profile Settings menu.

Location: "Profile settings". Scroll down. Replication: Try to turn off newsletter email. The account email will still receive the newsletter afterwards.

It's not top priority, but I thought I would post it anyway.

There are two bugs that I am aware of so far:

  1. It is not possible to turn off email newsletters. While I have set my option to 'off', these still arrive at my email inbox, over a week after I changed the setting.

  2. It is not possible to change 'primary OS' from Linux to, for example, Windows. This is not very important by itself, but I thought I would mention it.

  1. No Response from Password Reset

Repeatedly, when I've tried to reset a password, I get no response. This has been true over a period of several months. When I clicked on the "I didn't get reset instructions" link, I was pushed to a page that says "Your account has already been activated!"

  1. No way to get support for #1 until I can get logged in, which is what Problem #1 is about.

I finally figured out which password I'd been using (obviously, since there is no way to get technical help without logging on first, which is useless if logging on is the problem!). If I hadn't figured this out, I could not have found a way to get help from Renderosity to get to my purchases. This is unconscionable both ethically, and from a customer-service standpoint.

I thought the problem had been corrected but it happened again today. I list other vendors first before mapps and or myself to be polite and both mapps and myself did not load

I know the tech department will fix when they can , but mapps and myself are losing possible sales from not showing up in credits

Area Of Bugs...Payment Transaction When Placing AN Order. I have posted this else where but the answer was not a valid one. I understand the time difference (as I am in UK), " Thursday afternoon (Uk time) I ordered and was told after putting my Credit Card details in that Error 15 happened and my card was declined. I put my card details in a second time....Same message. The goods are still in my shop cart as if I haven't paid for them. I have Twice. I have emailed store staff twice......Please resolve this matter asap. This is the first time I have had a problem ordering from you.......I'm upset that no one is bothering to resolve it.

Hello,

The bank is the one that declined your transaction, not Renderosity. There is a 2 step process when placing an order...the "charge" you see on your account is actually a pending charge and will fall off within 2-7 business days depending upon how quickly your financial institution processes pending charges.

When an item is still in your cart, you were not charged for the item/s as the order never went through which means you will see the pending charge on your bank account.

When an order goes through correctly, you will no longer see the items in your cart and will be provided with an order number.

As far as why the payment was declined, you will have to contact your financial institution to find out why. They may also be able to drop the pending charges if you tell them there is not any order attached to the payments.

I have been out of the office and will double check to see if we received an email from you however I have not seen one so far.

I was just going to post a similar issue. In my case, I noticed all of my Rhiannon products showing as not having been purchased. I don't know if this is because of the special sale connected to Rhi's store or not, but I now see I'm not the only one having issues, and it's not just with respect to Rhi's products.

It's not a break in the marketplace. Whenever they run a grab bag, nothing shows as purchased. I wondered if they were going to do the grab bag again this year but I didn't want to mention it in case they weren't.

When I use the Marketplace drop-down menu to view Prime-Flash items, it only shows one page of these items, but when I search through the general Prime category, I find many more Prime-Flash items that are never shown when using the previous method. Isn't there any way to view all of the Prime Flash items together?

  2. When browsing through Prime items in the marketplace, I told the site to list the items from lowest-price to highest-price. Everything started out well enough, but after reaching the 4.00+ pricing, I then came upon many more 3.50 items, then several more 4.00+ items, then many more 3.50 items.

I submitted a purchase. The site gave me a message with an error code and said that the transaction had been flagged for review by the fraud department, please resubmit the information and attempt the purchase again. So I did the next morning when I saw the transaction had still not gone through. So I attempted it again and got the same response. (In the meantime an item or two had gone on sale dropping the price of the transaction about $5.00.) I thought that the error code/fraud review was generated by my bank. But I went by my bank today and they showed two pending charges to my account (twice for the same order, although they were different prices because of the sale). The bank said most likely Renderosity would recognize the duplication and submit one charge and delete the other. So from what the bank was saying, it sounded like Renderosity had flagged my purchase for some reason or there was a software glitch. But at last check, my shopping cart is still full of the stuff, and my bank is showing two charges pending for what's in my cart. What do I do?

That is happening to me as well. I was about to buy something and in the back of my mind I thought I had purchased it a while back. Sure enough, I checked my account and I did buy it. I hope this can be fixed quickly.

I am receiving a warning every time I try to purchase something in the store and it is blocked by Malwarebytes Anti-Malware 3. I tried it with both Chrome and Internet Explorer 11. This has happened several times over the past two days. This is part of what was generated from a report:

Unable to make purchases with my MasterCard. It's been a few months since I made purchases last time but have been a customer here since 2004 or something like that.

Apparently I can no longer make purchases with PayPal as my perfectly valid MasterCard can no longer be used when making Rendo purchases through PayPal. Then I just tried to purchase directly with my credit card and I get this every time: "Declined: 10557-A profile preference is set to automatically deny certain transactions.". There has been absolutely zero problems with this card or with PayPal before this when making Rendo purchases. Just for kicks I did a successful PayPal purchase from a rivaling storefront as I was typing this to make sure there is nothing wrong with my card.

Weirdness when I tried to go from Cybertenko's free stuff to his store then all of the images disappeared and it was clickable links all lined up on the left side of the screen. I thought perhaps it was a hack so I'm very cautious about placing an order right now. Too much crazy stuff going on with internet attacks. I had enough of them last year and don't want a repeat.

I closed my browser (Chrome) then reopened and the Renderosity website seems to be working again, but I'm not sure I trust it if something is going on.

Never mind, the problem was mine. Though you should really just remove no longer valid coupons from the queue to avoid this sort of confusion. It would at least help me. This isn't the first time I've fell victim to this. I don't live on 'Rosity and thus don't always pay attention to coupons until I actually become interested in something. Usually it seems far beyond their applicable date.

Ultimately my fault but keeping them around but annoying when I finally decide I want something and you "had" a coupon but no longer.

An Order I had placed on July 12th involving a coupon and Prime Flash items came up vanished and I am being told I must have deleted. I did not. There is clearly a bug somewhere - it needs to be found and fixed, and somehow someone needs to find a way to restore my order.

There has to be some sort of digital trail to exactly what happened and why. A record of who on Renderosity's side of things deleted the order, when it was deleted. where the request to delete came from, etc...

The New HD Toaster from Wamco toasts bread more evenly and acurately than Standard Toasters. Take advantage of the FULL resolution of your bread and try one today, because if your toast isn't in High Definition, you are not getting the most of your toast!

This usually happens if there was a problem with payment. Usually the zip-code or the CSV didn't match. Or If it was a prepaid card then you need to call and register that card. As of now there is no order placed so what you are seeing is a hold placed on your account. This will fall off in 5 to 7 business days or you can call the provider of the card and ask them to release the funds sooner.

I don't know what is happening but it is impossible to download any of the packs that were gifted to me.

When I click a download link on my gifts pages the download does not start and then I am sent to my purchases page. I have tried to download recent and older gifts and the download seems to be broken for all the packs...

For what it's worth, while I can't be specific due to the way I handled the problem, my issues very definitely turned out to be the fault of the browser (IE 11 on Win 7 64 bit). I originally blamed the site (see my previous message) because the issues were almost completely site specific. However, I'd had trouble with some other random sites and had heard a lot of negative comments on IE 11's flakes, so I ripped IE 11 out by the roots and took the browser all the way back to its original, embedded, IE 8. Then I put IE 11 back in clean from scratch using a downloaded installer, not Win Update, and applied all the necessary performance and security updates to present. Presto! Problems solved. The Rendo site now performs flawlessly for me, including product downloads. It remains to be seen what happens with those random other sites, but the indications are pretty convincing.

This occurred while I was attempting to check out using the 23% off coupon and buying Prime at the same time as several items. Prime finally made sense and now I can't buy anything and it seems I won't get the coupon either. :(

Due to the white payment screen issue I have been charged 7 times for one item… and still have no download link. How do I go about getting this sorted? Looking at the comments above the Marketplace has been having issues since yesterday so why leave it active if its broken.

The model was actually for a piece I am working to a tight deadline on, can I get some feedback from the Marketplace Team on a timescale to fix this issue?

My order just vanished, says there is no record of my order I placed today. I managed to download one of the four items before the order went away. I have two emails saying I made the purchases and the charge is already showing up at my bank. I also see that no one's complains have been responded to as of yet. Very poor customer service, not what I ever expected from Renderosity.

Just got a response via email. It appears the issue will not be repaired, my money was refunded to paypal (even tho I don't have/use paypal) and I now have to wait 3-5 business days before the money is refunded to my bank account. So the items I purchased on sale will have to be repurchased when I get my money back (so I have been informed) never-mind that none of them will be on sale by then. If I wanted to get shafted with crappy customer service I would have gone to DAZ.

I have the same issue as Helos. The products I already own are no longer marked as "purchased" on the Marketplace. There is a risk of buying the same product twice and this holds me back from purchasing more products until the issue is fixed.

Area of bug: Marketplace.

Bug: Unable to put certain products in my basket.

When I press the button "add to cart", it changes normally to "adding to cart..." Then, I get an error message in a small white box: " undefined". (The product is never sent to the shopping cart)

This has happened with several different items for the last 1-2 weeks. I've tried logging out, clearing cache et cetera.

I just found a workaround. If I go to my wishlist and press 'add to cart' from there, it works fine and the product is sent to my shopping cart. Perhaps this information will be useful in locating the error.

we have had this issue with very few buyers. If you try another browser it normally works. We have not yet found the cause for certain. Do you happen to use FireFox? or Safari?

If you try chrome it usually works correctly. Please let me know what you do use, so we can do some testing.

Aye, I use Firefox. :) For now, I can make sure the item is in my wishlist and add it to the cart from the wishlist menu. Best method is to open the 'add to cart' in a new window, since then I don't have to sort my wishlist again. Thank you for looking into the problem. So far it only happens on the product page, and only with certain products. Most products work fine, so I doubt it is a Firefox issue. I would suspect it is a code error due to some unexpected circumstance, hence the empty error popup.

I'm not receiving notices of posts on forums beyond the first time someone responds i.e. I get a notice that there was a response I go read it and then I get no more notices but when I check back there are new posts - this has been happening for a while now. It shows that I'm subscribed. It's not a consistent error - I do occasionally get follow-up notices. (By the way due to unanswered queries on some threads I suspect that the powers-that-be are also not getting all their notices.)

I am using the latest version of Firefox and the feedback tab won't send my message. It's possible this might be due to some conflicting add on though I've got Renderosity cleared on almost all that I actively know of (add on wise).

I was thinking it might be the latest Firefox Quantum build (sounds like a bad James Bond movie title). :) I'm not doing nightly browser builds but I have noticed about 3 recent updates in a short time since the release.

I try to post credits for products used unless I have do a name search to find the vendors new name. so many do not bother.

I have reported my current problem at least twice in the past months

as follows: I have had trouble in the past with credits that I selected and showing prior to posting a picture not showing after the fact. I thought it had stopped doing it, but just now two credits for Primavera dress for V4 is not showing. hameleon santuziy78

Area of Bug: Notification Mails

Bug: I don´t receive any notification Mails from Rendo Members or Site anymore

Hello, tried it via Email till i found this thread. :) Since a half year or longer i think, i don´t get ANY Notification Emails from Renderostiy for many examples. Normally i got them when some member i follow uploaded a new picture to the gallery, if an artist uploaded a new product to the store or if someone replies to a thread in the forum i added and i don´t get any confirmation about done purchases, just the paypal payment confirmation. I don´t even get the notification letters about the Prime Monthly Coupon´s from the Admins. I checked my profile settings about that but every single setting seems to be correct for getting notification e-mails. I added the three Mail Adresses admin, store and marketing@renderosity.com to my contacts in my Mail Program (Thunderbird) but doesn´t gave an effect. But sometimes a get those common newsletters like "All about Poser..." and so on or some newsletters about Sales. Is there a known problem?
