So I shop between a few sites as im sure alot of us do and I see many of the same vendors, i13, zev0, OOT, Tempesta3D but I can never get the same product across all sites. Does exclusivity actually work to the benefit of all the vendors? You guys are the ones creating the product. It seems to me like you guys should have more say in where you decide to sell your product. Wouldnt that create more competition between the major sites? Just wondering out loud.

@HassenBenSobar - Hello, I hope you are doing well.
I just wanted to pop in here and let you know that all vendors decide where and what they want to sell and they also are the ones to decide whether they want to be here exclusively or not.
I hope you have a wonderful day and weekend!

Also, some market places require it... The products sold at Daz3D, for instance, can only be sold at their store. At Renderosity we have the choice to have exclusive items and non exclusive items, but if you sell here and Daz3D, then you end up having exclusive items at both places because of the rules at Daz3D.

I see. Thanks Sabby, I was wondering about that.

It can also go a bit the other way also, as Renderosity differentiates between a vendor and an "Exclusive Vendor". Exclusive vendors here at Renderosity gain a little more preferential treatment. An Exclusive Vendor can only sell content at Renderosity. This has a dual effect though, if you sell elsewhere at all adding a product here makes you a second rate contributor and your Product & Store may not receive the same promotion as an exclusive vendors one does. But it also rewards those who only sell here.
