Greetings,
I sent site mail to the "Store Staff" but maybe they don't work weekends.
Yesterday (Friday, 30th), I placed three orders which included the Grab Bag BOGO item in each. The first two went through fine. The third order (#112786195) seems to have hit a hickup. The "Order Summary" doesn't list any items and the "Purchases" page in "My Account" only shows order 112786195 on the first page (1-25 of 120) but won't show any items for it.
I was able to download the non-BOGO item by going to my "Item List" page and sorting by Newest to Oldest. But it doesn't show a BOGO for that last PO (just the store BOGO item not the actual assigned FREE item).
I'm kinda hoping this can be fixed soon so I can but more stuff (and pick up more BOGO's :-) )
