Subject: Problem with Order#: 112809783 from Date Dec 30, 2015.

Hi Renderosity Team,

something went wrong with my Order#: 112809783 from Date: Dec 30, 2015. I used my Amount of December Render Rewards and at the Last step before going to Paypal the Total was up again to the original sum and even better now my Render Reward Amout is Zero for December. Could you please check what happened?

Hello,

If you click into your order number, you will see the Render Rewards did get deducted from your account as they should have 😄

Your actual invoice shows the deductions, your order summery page shows what the amount was before any credits, coupons, etc were applied.

I can't get my render rewards to apply to my orders. I think I'm not applying them correctly... what is the correct process to use them?

Hello,

Please copy and paste your Render Rewards code in the box marked "gift certificate" and click the "apply" button to be sure they apply correctly.

Thanks Kristi, been trying that and it just won't work... sort of moot now, I've been fighting this thing more than a week and on 2/1 over half of my points expired so I gave up.

Sorry nearwolf as I double checked to be sure it was working and all seems to work as it should.

I also checked the system to be sure others were able to use there rewards and we had a lot of members use them from the middle of January through the last day of January.

I am so sorry you had trouble and hope you are able to use this month's without; any issues. Please let me know if you need further assistance.
