IMO it doesn't matter, I prefer Firefox and have no problems. If you prefer a browser just use it.

I usually use Firefox also for everything on the web. I cannot think of any problems with it with either DAZ or Renderosity. I have used Chrome in the past and it worked well too

It sounds like either you have security software getting in the way, or else you have malware. What security software are you using?

I do not remember ever seeing a captcha to get to Daz. I just loggedf out of DAZ, cleared the cache, closed the program and restarted it and logged back in and did not see any captcha entries anywhere. I think I would agree with mishamcm's comment above.
Does this happen on any other websites?

@atpo While I have a memory of a Daz security wall come up once in the past you do have a issue going on. Google chrome did let us know they were dropping something to do with adobe flash at the start of 2016 and it required a modification by clicking on the little folded paper lookin icon up next to the https. The member here mishamcm has put up a valid point and regardless of the security software you are currently using it obviously didn't pick anything up. I suggest you download this program and run a "full scan" and let it fix any issues that might be causing it. You will get the full version on a 30 trial and after it reverts to free and still works great just not in the real time nature as the paid as you browse.

Hmmmm sounds fishy to me. I would run spyware remover and do a virus check.
