I am always on the look out for interesting and worth while news and info about Blender when I came across this article and needed to share. Most know how useful and dynamically rich Blender is for 3D Modeling here is another great way the Open Source and Free software is being used. Using it to teach young girls how to code I feel is an excellent idea. Big thumbs up to this effort read the article here http://3dprint.com/113706/blender-to-teach-girls-coding/

It is great to see when tools that we use in one way can be used to teach and promote more than it's obvious function.

This kind of crap just irritates the crap out of me. Is there some deep conspiracy out there that forces women to not be interested in the tech field that I'm not aware of? If so, let's find that source and wipe it out. If not let's stop framing the argument or debate as if there were.
