To be as specific as possible about what I want to do: I want to organize sets of morphs that I have spawned within Poser or loaded from obj's into those collapsing subcategories, and save it as an injection that can be used on any character that can take the same morphs, for example M4/V4 or Dawn/Dusk. Also, I want to do it tonight, so I'm not asking to be directed to a 3-million page manual, I'm asking for how most people do this when they want to. I have Poser Pro 2014. Thanks.

Thanks, I did a basic one following the instructions and it was very easy. Too tired too figure out how to make the categories tonight; will try it tomorrow.

It doesn't actually say how to make the categories, I think it's assuming I already know. I'm trying to organize them and get them out of the long "Morph" list. You know how if you inject a set of head morphs it will be organized into "nose," "eyes," etc., and you can click on them to expand them? That's what I want.

Yes. I know what a morph "group" is.
Set up the groups as per nerd's suggestions in the tutorial. Sorry little stretched thin in the hand holding department lately. What you are looking for is in the tutorial. If you're looking for a one click solution, go shopping. Not said in a mean sorta way, rather said inna "my mouth is full of cereal" kinda way... lol :)

To create the groups within poser itself? With the body part concerned selected click the little triangle at the top right of the parameter palette. Select create new group, name group (nose morphs), drag morphs you want to the group. Guess that's what you're asking. Little more complicated creating them for the inject, which is what I thought you were asking. Back to cereal.

See the problem is I automatically assume that someone who has spent months upon months swapping proprietary morphs between figures with cage's script might be familiar with morph basics like "how do I create those morph categories" type stuff.

No but it would've been easier if I'd known that all along. :) thanks.

I use PMD Edit (app is named Binary Morph Editor, launcher is labeled PMDEdit.exe) as it allows you to save out both pmd based and non-pmd based inj/rem files. You can create groups in all of the actors or just the body. https://www.renderosity.com/mod/bcs/binary-morph-editor/51221/

I bought that. It's useful; thanks. Sorry to be so clueless, but I still can't figure out how to make more than one level of groups with it. It won't let me put a group inside another group. So when I inject it in Poser, I get the subgroups "eyes," "ears," etc., but not with all of them inside another folder. I suppose I can make one in Poser but I'd have to do it each time I use it. Is there something I'm missing?
