Hi Jenn. I was going to post about the coupon (in the mailer) stating the total needed to be $15 or greater. I'd suggest mailing a new coupon email, if not during the weekend, during this time period next week. I'm betting more than a few customers were made upset about the misprint (or error). Something like a simple store email mea culpa explaining the issue (along with a new coupon) should be more than enough to calm any upset customers. Honestly if I didn't look in the forums (through several) I'd have not seen this and I'm thinking/betting a lot of customers will simply not read the forums about this kind of error while completing the check out process. Hopefully your upcoming weekend goes better as I'm certain somewhere there's another thread created by someone who didn't read this one. Also hope you had a lovely holiday.
