Could you possibly ask vendor Deva3D to use correctly formatted file names?
They look like this ("_" replaced by "+" and brackets are HTML encoded):
TDT-Melania+for+Genesis+3+Female%28s%29_182635_182687.zip
but should look like this (which all other file names do):
TDT-Melania_for_Genesis_3_Female(s)_182635_182687.zip
