I have a couple of them and with little tweaking they come out real good..

and the prices are very reasonable.. some of his larger models take a while to load but are worth it..

This one loads quickly

This looks great Wonga and Dante78 does have great products I never thought of them for Carrara but it is on my mind now :-)

Yes, they are very good products in Carrara, I've got about a dozen of them. He had some problems originally with Poser format, but based on review comments he seems to have that all fixed. One thing, the sample images he provides don't do justice to the products, I think. All look sort of dull brown, but in fact the textures are very nice. I used some of the products in this short animation - Medieval Koggen, Medieval Castle:
