Check the allowable image sizes when you go to upload and ensure it is a JPEG as I don't think the galleries accept PNG's other than that you should not have any issue adding your artwork.

Hi @CatherineTodd - LPR is correct! You're unable to upload PNG files. Is it a PNG file and what is the size of it? Have you had any issue previously? Let me know! Thanks.
