Subject: Unable to open purchase BrockHotDress2_177649.rar

I can't open 'BrockHotDress2_177649.rar '. And what's with the .rar? It should be a zip! Ref Order#: 112855381

Hello,

Please contact the vendor directly for product support and/or refund request.

To contact the vendor please click the "contact" link next to the vendor's name on the product page, or use the site mail system by clicking on the little envelope in the top right hand corner of the page, then click on the word “compose” enter only the vendor’s username in the “to” box.

Please allow 72 hours for a response from the vendor. If you have not heard from the vendor in that time frame, please let us know so we can contact them on your behalf.

OK but I would think there would be a policy requiring vendors to use platform independent delivery formats. There ought to be. Could you please pass this idea to site management? Thanks.

I got an message from B-Rock that he had uploaded the zip version to the site but it doesn't show up on my account page for the purchase. Or could someone send me a mail message with a download link?

I am showing the download link/zip file under your order on your account. If you are referring to the vendor uploading a new zip file, all you need to do to get the updated one is redownload your item.

The vendor can also send you the updated file through site mail as well.

This is what I see on my account order page.HotDressII.jpg Where is the zip file that you see? I also checked the item list and it isn't there either. Just the rar version.

Here is a screenshot from your account, the zip files are directly under the title of the product:

The product is Hot Dress II and an rar file is NOT a zip file. B-Rock's message to me said he had uploaded those same two files in zip format and I am waiting for those files to appear on that order page along with or instead of the rar files, a format which as you see nobody else is using.

He can send them to you through the site mail system as I have not seen anything come through for him for an update.

I will check with the Marketplace staff as well but will not hear anything back until Monday.
