Hi, i have an order Order#: 112858900 that didn't go to the paypal site at checkout so ended up as an unpaid order. I don't know why as I have been buying stuff here for many years and have literally spent 1000s. I have had several emails from renderosity saying to pay for your order use the link below to go to your account page. however on the page that the link takes me to there is no button for paying, just an item list. I have emailed renderosity help several times about this order to get help but no reply. I don't know why renderosity doesn't want to help me so I can pay. Love esther

OK, one by one I put all the items back into my cart because there wasn't a pay button. The price has gone up from Total: 108.75 USD to Sub Total: 135.54 USD - but that is also because in the meantime I think had something else in my cart. so confusing. Now I don't know what is what anymore with this order.
I don't even know if my order will go through this time, since last time it didn't. I have a thought though. Maybe the price changed from sale clicked over whilst I was ordering and caused a glitch. Still it is not a nice experience for the customer, having trouble, having to load back orders one by one, having a price increase etc. Okay I tried it and this time I saw a paypal button to click to take me to the paypal site. It would be nice if this button had appeared on my unpaid order. would have saved me all these forum posts and confusiong about price and sales and time etc. Love esther

Hi estherau -
We are sorry as when you made your first post, it was 10:57pm Central time so staff was more than likely in bed. Then the system went down yesterday afternoon before I could respond to your post.
Your total was more because you have items in your newer order that were not in your original one.
If this ever happens again, you should be able to click on the order number in your account and then you will see the paypal button for you to click on and it will take you to paypal so you can sign it and pay for your unpaid order.
I have deleted the unpaid order from your account so you will no longer receive notifications for it.
