Subject: Error while paying for order?

Hello, I have j just placed Order#: 112868302, and when I try to pay using the PayPal button, I get the error message, "This transaction is invalid. Please return to the recipient's website to complete your transaction using their regular checkout flow." Any help would be appreciated.

Update: I have tried several more times now, using the same 'checkout flow' that I've used for the 5 previous orders that I've placed here this month, totalling over $250.00. The problem is, that this tried-and-true method has suddenly stopped working for me. Also, I have just used the same PayPal account to purchase something friom another site, so I know everything is working with my account there.

A phone conversation with PayPal has just informed me that their server has not received any notice(s) from Renderosity, regarding my attempts to pay for my purchase using Renderosity's PayPal button. (I tried again, while speaking with them on the phone.)

I tried to place another Order#: 112868473, thinking that it might have just been a fluke, but the same thing happened again.

I am sorry this was missed as I feel terrible 😦

I am not sure what happened as we have had hundreds of people pay with Paypal without any issues.

You can still pay for your order/s by logging into your paypal account and choose the SEND MONEY option.

Send the amount due to payments@renderosity.com. Please be sure to include your Renderosity order ID number and/or your Renderosity username so we are sure to apply payment to the correct order/customer.

Once you have completed the payment through paypal, send an email to store@renderosity.com letting us know your payment has been sent and we will go verify receipt of payment and manually mark your order as paid so that you can download your items.
