Subject: Difficulty getting download link for paid-for purchase.

I have been trying (via email) for nearly 24 hours to obtain a simple download link for an item (Tomboy for V4) that has been verified as having been paid for. Kristi indicated having sent me the link, but I have not received it. I have received no replies to my subsequent queries. I would prefer not to have to ask again, as the item is paid for, yet I cannot redeem it. Kindly assist. The sooner someone does, the sooner I'll stop asking about it. Fair is fair, and right is right. I'd like to avail myself what I paid for, as is my right.

Note: Issues with your e-commerce flow are not the customer's fault, and the customer should not be punished for them.
