Hey

Day by day we lose modellers for poser.. sad but true.

So i want to use some new animals from AM (sadly i think he stopped for poser too, his new animals are only Daz3D) at poser pro 11. Is there a way, what should i do? Can you please guide a bit? Thank you!

(link removed: please google Indian Elephant, DAZ3d, as links to competitors is against our TOS. Sorry for the inconvenience) this is the one, i want to have.

Not sure when it will be ready, but as I understand it, he IS developing a version of his animals for Poser 11 as well. At least that is the implication on facebook since I've been following his development.

With AM's Indian Elephant, the figure can be used in Poser with minimal effort. The hair is a DS exclusive feature (LAMH) and does not play at all in Poser.

I contacted to him and he said that figures will be ready for poser in 2-3 weeks. I think i will wait it..

IIRC, if you have the full Look at my Hair plugin, the fibremesh hair can be turned into an obj. There is an old thread over at DAZ that shows a furred dino rendered in Vue. I don't know if the free version of the plugin allows you to save the fur or hair as an obj.

Hivewire3D is developing a number of animals for Poser. They have a variety of horses and a gorilla so far, plus a dragon, dog, big cat, small cats and elephant in the works. Not to mention more birds than you can shake a stick at. The gorilla is a Dusk morph and their other animals tend to have a large variety of morphs.

AM's updated wolf is available in both Poser and DS versions.
