I contacted Smith Micro and thier reply was that they were not familiar with the product. Over the last two weeks I have contacted Daz 3 times and even got a ticket number. They however have not responded except with a "we will get back to you" note and a FAQ link. Does anyone know how to fix this problem? A few months ago, it worked fine, but since reinstalling Poser 2014 I get the error. All other Daz products work fine.

I use Poser Pro 2014 and run it on Windows 7 Pro

If you right click the Python error message you will get a pop up menu enabling you to select all/copy then you can paste it in its entirety to this thread. Failing that could you please post a screen shot. Thanks.

Is this still about "1 Click M4 Face Hair for Poser"?

the one you posted here? https://www.renderosity.com/mod/forumpro/?thread_id=2903108

The answer is still the same. It uses Poser 8 scripts which need to be compiled against the current version.

I also see the exact post in DAZ forum under different username.

You need to submit a ticket over at DAZ. However, don't be surprised if no update is forthcoming. Best solution I can offer is that if you own a copy of P8 or Pro 2010, you re-install it. Just make certain you revert you Iinternet Explorer back to 10 as IE 11 breaks the P8 library. I have all of the Pro versions from the original (P7 era) through P11 Pro to allow me to use certain scripts that for one reason or another were never updated by the vendor.

Sorry about the double postings

Earlier this year I loaded the ! click hair program and it worked fine in poser 2014 and it was working fine., Recently I had to re-install Poser and everything was working fine, except for the 1 click plugin. I;ve contacted Smithonline and Daz. So far neither has been able to come up with an answer. I've wrote dragonstorm and am awaiting a reply.
