Subject: How do I download my purchase?

Hello,

First time I've ordered something at renderosity. I paid and got the reply by email for confirmation order, but it seems I can't get my order nor a download link (it's saying "download pending") how can I solve that?

Order is #112878784, sorry for being a newbee and my poor english :)

Edit: Sorry, just saw a thread about someone who had the same issue as me, I'll wait a few then until my account will be verified.

  1. I am not staff just another customer like you.
  2. First time orders have to wait - it's a one time event - for the payment process to be manually checked first. Might take a day or so. Not to panic, the download link will be available as soon as possible.

I'm having the same issue. First time buyer as well..so I guess I'll wait and keep checking back to see if the links become active.

I see your order as marked as paid and available for you to download. If you do not see that in your My Account area, please let me know. 😄

I experience the same problem - I made a purchase and it says "download pending"... Is there something I need to do? Or should I just be patient, have a cup o' coffee and wait it out? :)
