How can I save an animation? I have created an animation that consists of 120 frames, but i used andy to animate/model it. what can I do to be able to recycle this movement and use this animation later? Every time I try to save the set it says it cannot open it. I just want to use the same animation on other figures if possible without it looking bad

Hello

Each character is different. The bones and joints are not the same. They're not the same Length. Some models have bones others do not. So it's not possible to create an animation with Andy and expect it to work with some other figure.

I believe you have saved the pose file? and know now to export the movie when the animation is complete, right?

I'm sorry that's not the answer you're wanting.

Hey thanks for the information!!! And No I have not yet gotten to the point of saving the pose file and exporting the movie. So I'm not sure yet how to do any of that unfortunately

File > Save as will save the pose file.

To save the movie, click Animation > Make movie Make sure the format is MP4 or some other movie format, NOT Image (Png)! Set any other options you like and then click Make Movie!

Good luck!
