Is there a way to make a camera rotate around the selected item?
I'd refer to the manual but...oh ya...there isn't one.
Daz's forum search doesn't work either.

Check mCasual's website for scripts. He has some for working the cameras although I don't recall atm if there's one for that specific action.

What makes you think there is no manual?

Simple way to do it. Place a Null at the center around which you wish the camera to rotate. (The Align tool is your friend.) Parent the camera to the null. Rotate the null.

Medzinatar....

Where did you find this? I've searched Daz's wiki and read Poalo's Daz book but haven't seen this.
Thanks for the info.

Select the item, then click on the [+] view frame icon by the view control cube

Personally I rotate only on a single plane. Using a Möbius-Strip for cameras is much too hard for me. Usually I use a simple hidden plane, attach the camera to it, then rotate it.

Malus: Some cheaters I know, use to rotate the ligts-rim and the cameras-ring in opposition. They tell saving 50% of frames count for time-lapse effect! 😄
