I may be joining Prime in the next few hours... HOWEVER, I'm looking at the Applejack sale and right now, many of the items are cheaper regular price, then they are "prime price" If I was a Prime member, would I be paying the more expensive Prime price, or the cheaper sale price?

You would always get the cheaper price.
