I just discovered that one of the products I purchased which was advertised as for Poser is clearly not for Poser. Can someone point me in the right direction to request a refund? We're only talking $3.50 but with all the dough I've spent here, it's a matter of principle. Somone HAD to just pass this through testing.
Please advise.
Regards, Brent

How last night would something like that take to process I wonder? I contacted that email at the time of your reply and nothing in the way of a response has been forthcoming.

I am sorry as I had not seen your email before I left last night and this morning I had a meeting.
I responded to your email as soon as I got out.
